Beyond Business: Our Customer Stories from Brazil

During our September 2026 trip to Brazil, we had the opportunity to visit some of our existing and potential customers.

For us, the journey was not only about business. It was also about meeting the people behind our partnerships and understanding what makes long-term international cooperation meaningful.

A Warm Welcome in SJP

We traveled to SJP specifically to visit one of our long-term Brazilian customers.

When we arrived at the airport, our customer and his wife had already been waiting for us for around half an hour. Although we spoke different languages and had to communicate through a translation device, we had a wonderful time together.

During our visit, they took us to their company, invited us to a traditional Brazilian barbecue, and personally took us back to the airport the following day.

When we first met, we gave them a special gift from China — a blanket featuring a traditional Chinese Year of the Horse design. We wanted to bring something with cultural meaning rather than a conventional business gift.

On the way to the airport, they surprised us with a Brazilian gift of their own — a pair of Havaianas.

These small exchanges meant a lot to us.

After working together across continents, it was wonderful to finally meet in person and see a business relationship develop into genuine friendship.

A New Connection in Brazil

We also met a potential new customer during the exhibition.

We had arranged to visit his company, but shortly before our meeting, we learned that his father had sadly passed away. We immediately postponed the visit and gave him time with his family.

When we eventually met, we wanted to show our support in a simple way. We brought him a small cookie shaped like a bee and called it a “busy bee” — a small reminder to keep moving forward and find happiness again.

It was a simple gesture, but it created a memorable connection.

He later invited us to dinner and gave us Brazilian chocolate as a gift.

More Than Business

These experiences reminded us that international business is ultimately about people.

As a Chinese blender manufacturer and commercial blender supplier, we work with customers across different countries, languages, and cultures.

Orders may bring us together, but trust, respect, and sincerity are what make partnerships last.

We traveled thousands of kilometers from China to Brazil to meet our customers.

We returned home with not only new business opportunities, but also stronger partnerships, unforgettable memories, and new friends.

Beyond business, we believe in building relationships that last.
